What kind of paper do you print on?
We print on Hahnemuele Photo Rag 308.
Do you accept returns?
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges or cancellations. If your product arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@badwaterprints.com
How are your prints packaged?
8x10 and 11x14 unframed prints are packaged in a flat mailer.
16x20 and 18x24 unframed prints, and all framed prints, are packaged in a box.
If ordering multiple frames, please note that all frames are packaged and shipped individually.
How long will it take to receive my print?
Please allow 2-4 weeks to receive your framed or unframed print.
What size are your frames?
Frame sizes are measured by interior dimensions, which refers to the inside of the frame. Frames have a ¾” wide face, and are 1-1/4” deep. All frames come with an 8 ply white mat and UV blocking plexiglass. 8x10 frames come with a 1-1/2” mat, 11x14, 16x20 and 18x24 frames come with a 2” mat. What frame finishes do you offer?

What is included with a framed print?
Hanging hardware and care & hanging instructions are included with every framed print.
What if my order arrives damaged?
